Purchasing Plans


Complete the online form below to submit your FY2022 Lib Tech purchasing plans. Submissions require a project description and signed purchasing plan. Project description should be one paragraph describing the intent of your project and what you hope to achieve with the funding. Purchasing plans must be signed by the library director, use the library's allocation as a guide, and note any items for staff or E-rate Category 2 projects. The template has multiple pages for those that need extra space or choose to specify by library branch. Please note any amount over allocation must be covered by the library.

The deadline to submit was April 15, 2022.
